The discussion focused on the role international festivals play in creating opportunities for artists, as well as in fostering cultural exchange and international mobility. It is part of a series of activities leading up to the Congress, designed to encourage dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and networking among artists, cultural managers, cultural stakeholders, and institutions from Mexico’s cultural sector and the rest of the world.
