Julijana Mirchevska, MA, president of the Macedonian National Center for Children’s Theaters ASSITEJ Macedonia, who also manages the theater school “Babec” which this year celebrates 12 years of existence, together with Vasko Mavrovski, director of the National Theater Bitola, were at a reception with the Macedonian Ambassador Dr. Driton Kuqi in Oslo, Norway.<\/p>\n

The meeting focused on the preparations for the theater play “Words”, which will be held in Oslo on May 15, 2026 at the Folkets Hus Str\u00f8mmen theater hall. The event is also dedicated to the celebration of May 5, the Day of the Macedonian Language.<\/p>\n

The Macedonian Ambassador to Norway extended an open invitation for wide attendance and support for this event, which promotes Macedonian culture and the Macedonian language through art and theater. This meeting further strengthens the cultural cooperation between Macedonia and Norway, giving visibility to Macedonian theater culture beyond the borders of Macedonia.<\/p>\n
