ICTF Bitolino, Filip Etmishovski, was a delegate to the jubilee 15th edition of this festival in Valletta, Malta.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first participation of delegates after the pandemic, and in addition to Etmishovski as the only delegate from the region, delegates from the Czech Republic, the People&#8217;s Republic of China, India and the United Kingdom were also present.<\/p>\n<p>Etmishovski was also invited to be a panelist along Malta&#8217;s Commissioner for Children &#8211; Antoinette Vassallo on the panel Creative Rights: How the Arts Can Champion
