By decision of the Local Volunteering Council of the Municipality of Bitola, the Local Volunteering Award for 2024 in the individual category went to Filip Etmisovski.<\/p>\n
Filip Etmisovski was nominated by the Association for Culture and Arts “Babec Theater” – Bitola for his long-term volunteer engagement in the organization of the International Theater Festival “Bitolino” – Bitola. He has been actively volunteering since the 4th edition of the festival in 2014, including the last 13th edition in 2024. Since 2016, Filip has also been the volunteer coordinator. At the festival editions in 2023 and 2024, he mobilized and coordinated a record number of volunteers, with around 60 students volunteering at the festival. With his overall volunteer engagement and work with volunteers in the field of culture and other youth initiatives, Filip is an example of positive volunteer practices and inspires further promotion and development of volunteering at the local level.<\/p>\n
