He is currently the director of Babec Theater (the first independent theater for children in Macedonia) and the International Children's Theater Festival \"Bitolino\", which this year has its 15th edition. His path to director leads him from a child in the audience, through volunteering and organizing to the full organization and selection of the festival for the past two years. In addition to the children's festival, Etmishovski works as a collaborator with the organization and marketing of the performances of the National Theater - Bitola as well as the Monodrama Festival, Bitola Shakespeare Festival, Ilinden Days, and the \"Manaki Brothers\" Film Festival. He has over ten years of experience in media and public relations in the field of culture and entertainment in Macedonia and the region.
